Usually I have a policy against shirts with graphics or writing on them, but something about this Wonder Woman blouse caught my eye. It's extremely light and flowy and the back is all lace. <3

Shorts: H&M
Blouse and hat: Chinese boutiques
Flats: Target

This isn't exactly an outfit, but I had to publish it anyway due to it's FUN nature. That's me and my buddy Erik in the lobby of a Shanghai hotel. The government sent us to Shanghai to perform in China's Got Talent.... long story which I intend to get around to blogging about..... And our principal gave us these T-Shirts for our school in about 10 different colors and requested we wear them as much as possible. HAHA!

This outfit made me feel like "my old self" again. China is so wonderful for having so many clothes markets with the trendiest stuff and so CHEAP, but I feel like my personal style is getting a little drowned in it all. Now with the weather permitting, I can wear clothes that have been close to my heart for years; the antique socks and woven oxfords combo, the light scarf hung bandana style, and best of all, a dress that feels like the cute equivalent to throwing on a t-shirt.

dress: H&M
Socks and shoes: Thrift stores
Scarf: Antique store
Hat and "fray" bans: chinese fashion markets.

strawberry stains on fingers,
bloomers and bike rides.

(that's a haiku :~))

I found these little lace shorts in a nearby shop. I love them because I can wear short skirts and dresses without the constant fear of giving anyone an unwanted free show!

Wearing: Light denim skirt, lace bloomer shorts, gray suede fringe platforms, floral scarf, oversize black shirt, lace trench, leather bag, spring scarf.

All items procured in different shops and fashion markets in China!

    wtf is ZOMBIE LACE?

This is a spinoff of the original vintage fashion blog that started it all for me, "Zombie Lace" (http://zombielace.blogspot.com). However, as that blog is hosted through blogger.com, it is inaccessible to me in China, so my strange need to talk about my clothes spills out here.
